In developing The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, The Arden Group converted two historic bank buildings into one of the finest hotels in the world. Hailed as a national example of thoughtful historic preservation, the conversion preserved and transformed a 64,000 square-foot, marble-domed rotunda into a stunning grand lobby that today welcomes visitors from around the world. Directly adjacent to the hotel, The Arden Group is developing the $285 million Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia. The Arden Group also participated in the partnership that developed The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, Colorado, considered the premier luxury mountain resort hotel in the country. Lastly, The Arden Group participated in the development of Indian Springs Ranch in Jackson, Wyoming, a 1,300 acre luxury resort community considered one of the finest in the United States.
